Every known parkrun and its province/country code. Comes pre-loaded, but if another user added new events last time, load the latest shared copy first.

Includes every event on record, open or closed — a closed event showing up as "cancelled" isn't a bug, it just means it hasn't been removed from this list yet.

To load a different list, use a .csv with columns EventID,name,Region,code (matches the tracker export). Older name,code files still work too.

Events you know are cancelled but that haven't hit the official lists yet. One per line. Add "(CODE)" yourself if you like, otherwise it'll be looked up automatically.

Check a box and list parkrun name(s), one per line — the welcome/farewell sentence is composed automatically, correctly handling one name or several.

Any other note is for one-off items like a weather alert or a time-change notice.

Optional — for the Saturday morning check. Paste the message you actually sent last night (any of the three works). After composing, you'll see exactly what's new or missing from the overnight re-check.

These events weren't recognised in the master list. Enter a code (e.g. FS, GP, NAM, Eswatini) for each and click Add — they'll be included in the message and remembered for next time.
